New Donor’s Choose

Friends, I have posted a new project on Donor’s Choose.  If you are interested in donating a dollar or two to my project, I would appreciate it very much!

I am hoping to get rid of the nasty old foam squares that my kiddos are currently using and get one of these beauties:

    That is so cute! I have carpet in my room, but want a beautiful rug like this one to define group time. I hope you meet your goal and it is in your classroom for 2012-13.

    I've always wanted a rug, but I'm so worried about throw-up! When that happened to me it was so easy to clean off of the foam square. Good luck!

    I have a rug similar to this one from Lakeshore that I got a few years ago. I love it. It really helps keep the kids in a defined space for large group time and since we only have tiled floors in our rooms I love the comfort of the rug. I hope your Donors Choose grant gets funded!

    I have that rug! The PTO bought me the rug at the end of the year, and I am so looking forward to each kiddo having their own space during group time!

      THANK YOU Colleen!! That was SOOOO sweet of you!!! I am crossing my fingers that this grant comes through :) My foam mats (which are second hand to start with) are starting to look worse for wear! I'm hoping I don't have to scrub them this summer!

    Good luck getting your project funded! I can't imagine not having a rug in my classroom for all the kids to sit on.. it is definitely where most of the action happens in kindergarten!
